Systema - Russian Martial Art is an intensely exciting and practical self defence training that builds fitness, strength and teaches you skills you can apply to protect yourself, your friends and your family. Systema provides a strong defence to the types of confrontation that occur in every-day life whether that be physical or emotional.
Systema training will also teach you about the power of breathing and releasing tension in your own body. When we have tension we are holding fear within ourselves. By learning to release that tension we are then able to work more efficiently and develop more power both on the mat and in our everyday lives.
